Woof in Boots' general business hours are Monday through Friday from 6:30 AM until 6:30 PM, on Saturdays from 8:00 AM until 6:30 PM, and on Sundays from 8:00 AM until 4:00 PM. Please note the last pick up time is 15 minutes before the end of the day. We also have members of our staff to provide a bedtime check between 10:00 PM and midnight to ensure all our furry friends are resting safe and sound. We find this to be plenty of time for the pets to get a good nights sleep while ensuring they are ready to play the next day!
If a pet become sick, we will notify the owner of treatment, and the owner will be responsible for the veterinary bill. On the rare occasion a pet is injured, we have several nearby facilities where we can bring your pet for emergency care. A staff member will also make every attempt to notify the owner of the situation and the action taken. In the event another dog has injured one of our other pets in our care, the owner of the dog causing the injury is held liable and expected to pay the veterinary bill upon pick-up. In the event the dog was injured due to an unexpected accident or fault by our personnel, then all bills will be the responsibility of Woof in Boots.
Dogs who are under 6 months of age can stay at our facility. Dogs over 6 months must have a special license from the Department of Agriculture and must be separated from other pets. An additional fee applies.
